WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At Steinhoff our contact centre team members require a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll need truly exceptional communication skills and a genuine love of interacting with people on the phone.
Working for some of the best known brands in the UK you’ll be a brand ambassador for Steinhoff UK and will have the capacity and ability to learn about a wide range of products.
As an essential part of your role you’ll need great listening skills and the ability to identify solutions, with a can-do attitude to resolving any queries.
We’re also looking for people who work well in a team and are interested in learning new skills to continually improve and develop their professional abilities.

I’ve worked within Customer Services for 2.5 years at Steinhoff and currently I manage the Social Media Team. We communicate with customers across various channels helping to answer any enquiries or requests that they have. I work with a fantastic array of people who are dedicated to helping resolve customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.

I have been part of the Bensons for Beds customer service team for 5 years. The team are great to be part of as we deal with a variety of enquiries and make sure that we strive to be of great value to all our customers. I enjoy liaising with all our customers and building a good relationship to ensure that I offer a quality 5-star customer service experience.
