At Steinhoff UK we have our very own Learning Store Development Centre. This has been specifically built for our training purposes and includes mock store sets, mock warehouses, van boxes and even customer homes! Our Development Centre gives you the opportunity to learn best practice in a realistic and relaxed environment, giving you the chance to test out your new found knowledge and skills. The training we offer is based on a number of platforms and includes workshops, work projects, e-forums, e-learning and even interactive and engaging board games.



All new Steinhoff team members are enrolled on a Great Start induction programme facilitated by our enthusiastic and inspiring Learning and
Development team. The programme is designed and tailored around your individual role with our retail staff undertaking a week long activity
packed residential course at our Bolton training centre.

The inspire programme is for those managers who are looking to move into a senior leadership role. As a business this helps us to identify our leaders of the future. It also provides you the ability to develop the insights, commerciality, leadership skills, and business acumen you’ll need to become one of our highest performers.

  • Practice strategic planning, proposing and forecasting a business case to enhance performance

The Knowledge is our programme for our managers to enable you to progress you business area by providing you with the tools to motivate, engage, and influence your team.You will be learning with managers from disciplines across the Steinhoff portfolio giving you an excellent opportunity to build on your knowledge and to understand the business from a more holistic viewpoint.
